Ingredients

All ingredients in equal amounts unless noted

  • Paprika
  • Chili powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Cumin
  • Oregano (dried)

Just a pinch to taste of:

  • Black Pepper
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Kosher Salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a resealable container (Tupperware or something with a snap on lid) Sprinkle liberally on chicken, pork, beef or fish. Grill as usual.
