Ingredients

 1 pound 80/20 ground beef

1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

<h2>Ingredients</h2>
<ul>
<li> 1 pound 80/20 ground beef</li>
<li> 1/2 pound lean ground lamb (*if you can&#8217;t get lamb use a total of 1 1/2 lbs of beef)</li>
<li> 1/2 onion, grated</li>
<li> 2 cloves garlic, pressed</li>

<li> 1/2 teaspoon salt</li>
<li> 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper</li>
<li> 1 dash ground cumin</li>

<h2>Directions</h2>
<ol>
<li><span> Preheat a </span><span>lightly oiled </span><span>outdoor grill for medium-high heat. If you are using an indoor grill (Foreman, Griddler, etc.)  preheat to 450 degrees<br />

<li><span> Combine all the ingredients and mix with your hands until just combined (do not over mix). Shape into patties.</span></li>
<li><span>Cook patties for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. </span></li>
<li><span>Serve on a warm pita or your favorite bun topped with lettuce, tomatoes (if you like that sort of thing), onions and the Greek Sauce below.<br />

<p>Serves 4</p>
<h2>Big Fat Greek Sauce</h2>
<ul>
<li> 3/4 cup sour cream</li>
<li> 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint leaves</li>
<li> 1 teaspoon red or rice wine vinegar</li>
<li> 1 clove garlic, minced</li>
<li>1/4 cup feta cheese</li>
<li>salt and pepper</li>
</ul>
<h2>Directions</h2>
<p><span>Mix cucumber, sour cream, mint, vinegar, 1 minced clove of garlic, feta and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl. Refrigerate sauce until ready to serve. </span></p>
