Delicious zucchini with an Asian touch.
Ingredients
- 3 large zucchini (cut into 1/2 inch rounds)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- salt and pepper
- handful of chopped parsley
Directions
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil on medium. Once oil is hot, add all the ingredients and sautee until zucchini is tender. You want the zucchini to be al dente.
