Spicy grilled shrimp. Super tasty served with fettuccine Alfredo.
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbs cayenne pepper
- 3 tbs black pepper
- 3 tbs onion powder
- 3 tbs garlic powder
- 3 tbs chili powder
- 1 tbs dried thyme
- 1 tbs dried basil
Mix all ingredients except shrimp in a zip top bag and seal. Shake to combine thoroughly. Add shrimp to bag and again, seal and shake to coat shrimp.
Place shrimp on a preheated, lightly oiled grill on medium-high heat and cook until shrimp are pink, about 1 minute per side. * I like to put the shrimp on skewers to prevent them from curling up as much. It just makes for a nicer presentation. Completely optional.
Serve with rice, or try on Fettucine Alfredo.
